You lack the required entitlement to use <resource>

Paid DZR Development maps are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow. A protected resource only runs on a server whose license key belongs to the Cfx.re account that owns it: the account used at checkout, or the account it was transferred to. Free codes and coupons work the same way: the order goes to the account signed in at checkout.

Fix

1. Sign in to portal.cfx.re with that account and check the resource is listed under your assets.

2. Create the server license key on that same account and set it in server.cfg. If your host's control panel has a license key field, set it there instead.

   sv_licenseKey "your_key_here"
   

3. Restart the whole server, not just the resource. The license key only applies at startup.

Bought it on the wrong account

Transfer the license from the portal: Assets, the resource's menu, Transfer, then confirm by email. Cfx.re allows one transfer, within 28 days of purchase, and it cannot be undone. See how to transfer assets.
