Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use a FiveM resource from DZR Development.
Delivery
Resources are delivered through Cfx asset escrow, granted to the Cfx account you sign in with at checkout. Delivery is typically instant, though it can take up to 30 minutes.
Cfx account responsibility
You are responsible for signing in with the correct Cfx account at checkout. We cannot guarantee transfer, replacement, or re-delivery if a resource is granted to the wrong account, if your Cfx account becomes unavailable, or if Cfx or Rockstar changes, restricts, suspends, or removes access to asset escrow or the Creator Services.
License and use
A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on FiveM servers you operate or control. You may not resell, sublicense, bundle, share, loan, lease, redistribute, re-upload, decompile, or reverse-engineer it, use it to train generative AI, or install it for third parties as part of a paid service, unless we give written permission. Our resources remain our intellectual property, and their use on FiveM is also subject to the Cfx Creator Platform License Agreement.
Compatibility and warranty
Resources are provided as is, without warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law. FiveM frameworks and servers vary widely. There are many versions of ESX, QBox, and others, and operators often modify theirs heavily, so we cannot guarantee a resource will work with your specific setup. Please check a resource's stated requirements and compatibility before purchasing. We are glad to help where we can, but support is best-effort, and heavily modified or unsupported setups may be beyond what we can assist with. We also cannot troubleshoot conflicts with, or issues caused by, other resources on your server, including escrowed or third-party resources from other creators that we have no access to or control over.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue any resource at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZR Development is not liable for any loss, damage, downtime, or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, our resources or this site. You use them at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend support, revoke access where technically possible, or refuse future purchases if you break these terms, attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, redistribute or tamper with protected files, harass our support staff, or use our resources in a way that violates Cfx or Rockstar rules.

DZR Development is not approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.
