DZR Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, websites, servers, software, digital goods, and communities operated under DZR Development and DZR Roleplay. By accessing or using any DZR service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Relationship to Rockstar Games and FiveM

  • DZR is a fan-made community and development group.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or FiveM.
  • All Rockstar intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. Access to DZR services requires a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and compliance with all Rockstar, Take-Two, and Cfx.re terms and policies.

2. Scope of Services

  • DZR operates two primary offerings:
  • DZR Roleplay - A community-driven FiveM roleplay server, including in-game content, progression systems, characters, and virtual items.
  • DZR Development - Custom FiveM resources, scripts, tools, and digital goods distributed for server use, typically sold and fulfilled through Tebex.
  • All services are provided "as-is" and may change, reset, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts, Access, and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to access DZR services. Some services, purchases, or communities may require you to be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for your account security, all activity performed under your account, and ensuring your actions comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access at our sole discretion.

4. Virtual Goods, Purchases, and Tebex

  • All purchases are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record.
  • All items are digital, virtual, and licensed, not sold; virtual items have no real-world value.
  • Items are usable only within the applicable DZR environment and do not grant ownership rights.
  • No refunds are provided except where required by applicable consumer law or Tebex policy.
  • If you are banned, removed, or restricted from DZR services for any reason, all virtual items and access are forfeited without refund.

5. No Pay-to-Win or Guaranteed Access

  • Purchases do not guarantee server access, grant immunity from rules or enforcement, or confer authority, staff status, or preferential treatment.
  • DZR does not guarantee uptime, continuity, or long-term availability of any service, server, or feature.

6. Wipes, Resets, and Progress Loss

  • Wipes, resets, rollbacks, and data loss may occur.
  • Characters, progression, currency, items, or access may be reset or removed.
  • These actions do not entitle you to refunds or compensation. Wipes are a normal and expected part of development and live operations.

7. Rules, Enforcement, and Moderation

  • DZR maintains rules, policies, and staff enforcement standards. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, wipes, or permanent bans.
  • We reserve the right to investigate behavior, remove content or users, and enforce rules with or without prior notice.
  • All moderation decisions are final.

8. User Conduct

  • You agree not to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; harass, threaten, or abuse others; circumvent bans or enforcement; use cheats, automation, or unauthorized tools; or engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or false claims.
  • Abuse of payment systems or dispute processes may result in permanent removal and reporting to relevant platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All DZR-created content, code, branding, and materials are owned by DZR unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or leak DZR content; reverse engineer or republish paid resources; or use DZR branding without permission.
  • Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its owners.

10. Data, Privacy, and Law Enforcement

  • DZR collects minimal data required to operate services and fulfill purchases.
  • Payments, billing data, and checkout information are handled by Tebex and its processors.
  • We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid law enforcement requests, or protect the safety and integrity of our services.

11. Disclaimers

  • All services are provided "as-is" and "as available."
  • We make no guarantees regarding server uptime, data persistence, feature availability, or error-free operation.
  • Use DZR services at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DZR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid to DZR in the prior 30 days, if any.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • Sections relating to liability, intellectual property, and enforcement survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DZR services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DZR services.
