How to get help with a DZR resource - tickets, email, billing, and the FAQ.

On this page

Bought a DZR resource and hit a problem? This is the fast path to a fix. Tickets are handled by the DZR team and go straight to the developer when a fix is needed - no outsourced support, no bots pretending to be staff.

Tip

Most install and setup questions are already answered in the resource's own documentation. Press Ctrl K to search every page before opening a ticket.

Open a ticket (fastest)

  1. Join the DZR Discord. Support runs through our Discord server. Joining takes a minute and you only need to do it once.
  2. Open the support channel and pick a button. Hit the one that fits: Purchase / Tebex, Install / Setup, Bug Report, or General.
  3. Answer three short questions. A private channel opens for you - only you and the DZR team can see it. When your ticket closes, you get a DM with the outcome and a full transcript for your records.

Have this ready

Bringing this to your first message speeds everything up:

  • The resource name (for example, dzr-environment).
  • Your framework (ESX, QBox, QBCore, ND) and server artifact version.
  • The exact error text from your server console or F8.
  • Screenshots or a clip if the problem is visual.
  • What you have already tried.
  • For purchase issues: your Tebex transaction ID - never card or payment details.

What we support

We help with the resources we make:

  • Installation and dependency problems.
  • Configuration questions.
  • Bugs and errors inside a DZR resource.
  • Compatibility and load-order conflicts.
  • Purchase, delivery, and Tebex order access.

Out of scope:

  • General FiveM server setup, or issues inside third-party or escrowed scripts we cannot see.
  • Custom development, paid installs, or one-off feature requests.
  • Framework or artifact bugs that a DZR resource does not cause.
Note

We can help with modified installs, but bug support may need the issue reproduced on a clean install first - that is how we separate a resource bug from a local change.

Prefer email?

Write to support@dzrdevelopment.com. Same team, slower lane - allow up to 72 hours for a response. Including the checklist above in your first message saves a round trip.

Billing and refunds

Important

Payments, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Tebex, not through tickets. Tebex is the Merchant of Record for every purchase.

For anything about a charge, start from the support contact on your Tebex receipt. If you are unsure whether your issue is billing or product, open a Purchase / Tebex ticket and we will point you the right way.

Still have a question?

The FAQ covers licensing, updates, wrong-account checkouts, conflicts, and more - worth a scan before you open a ticket.
