DZR Development operates dzrdevelopment.com and sells FiveM server resources. We keep the data we handle to a minimum, and most of it never touches us at all.
What the site collects
The public site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics trackers, cookies for analytics, or persistent visitor IDs. We use our own server request logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) to understand aggregate traffic, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve the site.
Support
If you contact us through Discord or email, we may collect the information you provide, including your Discord username or ID, email address, Cfx account information, order ID, resource name, server details, screenshots, logs, attachments, and message history. We use it to provide support, verify purchases, investigate abuse, improve our resources, and keep support records.
Order information
Although Tebex handles checkout, payment, billing, taxes, and most checkout personal information, we may be able to view limited order information for support, license verification, fraud prevention, and customer service. This can include the order ID, purchased resource, purchase date, transaction status, Cfx or Discord identifiers, and contact information Tebex makes available to us.
Staff sign-in
Our internal staff area signs in through Discord's official OAuth process. For staff accounts only, Discord returns a user ID, username, avatar, and server roles, which we use to grant access and hold in a short-lived session cookie. Authentication happens entirely on Discord's side, so we never see or handle your Discord password.
Cookies and third parties
We use only an essential cookie for staff sign-in, and no tracking or advertising cookies. We share data only with the services that run the store and site: Tebex (payments and checkout), Discord (sign-in), and our hosting provider.
Data retention
We keep web server request logs for about 14 days through automatic log rotation. System and service logs rotate automatically based on storage limits and are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability. Support messages sent through Discord or email are kept as long as needed to provide support, maintain records, handle abuse, and address legal, tax, chargeback, or platform compliance matters. We do not maintain our own customer or order database; order details are accessed through Tebex when needed for support or verification.
Children
Our site and store are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
