Branding

All branding is in one file:

stream/unlocked/branding/dzr_coolbeans_brand.ytd

It holds 34 textures. Change a texture there and it changes in game. branding/map.jpg shows where each texture appears, numbered to match the list in branding/README.txt.

Quick rebrand

Seven textures carry the Cool Beans name and logo:

Then edit the menus (5 to 7) and the counter signs (8 and 9) for your own prices and wording.

Edit a texture

1. Open branding/templates/<texture name>.png in any image editor.
2. Edit it and save it as PNG at the same size. Textures marked alpha have a transparent background; keep it transparent.
3. Open dzr_coolbeans_brand.ytd in OpenIV, CodeWalker, or Texture Toolkit.
4. Replace the texture with the same name with your PNG. Turn on mipmaps if the tool asks.
5. Save the .ytd file and restart the resource.

The menus, A-frame, and whiteboard also come as _blank templates without text. Import each under its name without _blank.

Sign

The lit COOL BEANS letters and their frame over the door are one file:

stream/unlocked/sign/dzr_coolbeans_letters.ymap

For a bare wall, delete it and restart the server, then add your own sign if you want one. The letters are 3D models: texture 2 changes their color, not the words.

Seen from far away

From about 100 m away the game draws Rockstar's low-detail model of the building, which still shows COOL BEANS over the door. This happens with or without the sign file and cannot be changed by the branding textures. Up close, only your branding shows.
